Tele Pizza in Spremberg

Two stars are only given out of goodwill because it was New Year's Eve and at least two things were correct. Otherwise all the other things were wrong and we paid way too much accordingly. A telephone response was only given after a long time because consultation had to be held ... What a shame, the quality also left a lot to be desired. Note: but only 1 star, the telephone service is zero accommodating and assumes that we complain wrongly.

We ordered from Telepizza again a few days ago. Conclusion: the delivery time was about 30 to 45 minutes, but this was perfectly fine. We had a huge appetite for wraps. We can highly recommend the India Wrap. The selection that Telepizza offers is really great. We always like to order again. So, if you want to order, then in any case at Telepizza :-)

18:00 ordered around 19:30 tried to ask when the order will come, on the phone only "Telepizza Spremberg please have a moment" thrown aside and after 10 minutes an employee spoke to me in a sloppy tone what my concern is, Nothing was answered on the phone. So we continue to wait for our order, which should be routine for the store. Absolutely not to be recommended even the congruence "Dominos" has more service and goodwill to offer than this provider.

We had to wait 2.5 hours. In the meantime we asked how far the order is being processed. Snappy answer on the phone from an employee. When the food arrived everything was cold. The topping was only half on and there was also a lack of tomato sauce on the pizza.

Typical for Spremberg, a shop without quality and service. Waited over 2 hours to find out that the order is not in the system at all. One can only wish the bankrupt !!!

Yes, it is quite substantial food, but hey, the name says it all: This is about pizza and not vegan herbs from the wayside. You need it now and then. And we love it and have been bringing home evening couch food here every now and then for many years. Sometimes you hang on the phone for a while, but the on-site service is always very friendly.

Had many disappointments so far. XXL fries ... Are so expensive and there are probably 10-15 fries available. And not just big fries, but normal ones too. Spaghetti Cabonara ... with mushrooms and tastes nothing like cream and cheese ...

Biggest disappointment in my life !!! We ordered 3 pizzas on Sunday at 8:45 pm and to date (Monday) we have received neither our pizzas, nor a cancellation or compensation. Listen to the reviews and just don't order there! The only thing you have from Tele Pizza is pure disappointment and an empty stomach!

I was there once and never again !! PS. You can keep your standard text for reparation to yourself and put your energy into better conditions for your shop.

Incredible, we wait almost 3 hours for our order and in the end the kids menu is without food. Toys and apple juice, a great dinner for my son.

I ordered pizza rolls with a herbal dip, while eating I noticed that the dip tastes different than usual. One of my friends then informed me that the dip had already expired 3 days ago. The expiry date is 04.02.20. A pity

We have often ordered from telepizza and were actually always satisfied. I myself worked there for a short time. That's why I was always convinced. Unfortunately I cannot renew the compliment this time. We always order pizza poncho, unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. The floor hadn't gone dripping with barbecue sauce but everything else wasn't enough. You have to work on that. Restore your old quality so that we like to order from you again.

Delicious pizza, employees so far friendly and you can also eat very well there when it's not busy, it's a hectic atmosphere - but understandable.

Ordered this Thursday in Spremberg .... Pizza Salami and Parma. So far, we have always been satisfied, but when we opened the packs this time, we were very disappointed. On time we were able to pick up, so a star. The quality, however, very bad. For about 16 euro so little toppings on the pizzas, very sparingly with salami and ham and tasted not convincing. I am sorry, but for now we exclude as customers!

Pick-up with advance booking: good food - was ready when we arrived. The minimum order value is unfortunately very high outside. Pizza has a nice bottom, the salad is mixed and the house dressing is delicious.

It is just very good. They make perfect pizzas and burgers.
